In the cafe, we have sold “Rice floured Castella” (which is Japanese sponge cake made of rice flour) with a sweets shop, “Kalanchoe” only for limited days as a collaboration.

For the first day, they sold out only after 2 hours and a half from the start of selling. We are sorry for those who could not purchase it.
初日は販売開始から二時間半で完売となってしまい、ご購入いただけなかった方は申し訳ありませんでした！

In addition, from this sales experience, we are aware that there are high demands on taking away products and also on the organic ingredients which are good for health. We are also going to try to increase these products in the near future!
また、今回の販売経験から、テイクアウト需要の高さや、からだにやさしい食材の需要の高さも分かりましたので、今後そういった商品を増やしていけるように、いろいろと工夫したいと思います！！
